Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Novana Prints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Novana Prints provides custom printing services including, but not limited to, T-shirts, hoodies, caps, and other apparel using DTF, screen printing, vinyl, and sublimation methods.

3. Orders & Customization

All products are custom-made to order based on customer specifications. Once an order is confirmed and approved, it is sent to production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, including spelling, sizing, colors, and placement.

Novana Prints is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted per order and may change without notice.
• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders will not be processed without payment.

6. Production & Turnaround Time

Production times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, design complexity, or material availability. Novana Prints is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom orders.
• Reprints or refunds will be issued only if the item is defective or produced incorrectly by Novana Prints.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photo evidence.

8. Color & Print Variations

Minor variations in color, size, or print placement may occur due to printing processes and screen/display differences. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

9. Customer-Supplied Materials

If customers provide their own garments or materials, Novana Prints is not responsible for damage, defects, or inconsistencies resulting from those materials.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By submitting any artwork, logos, images, or designs, the customer confirms that they own the rights or have obtained proper permission to use, reproduce, and print the submitted content.

Novana Prints does not verify copyright ownership and assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement.

The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold Novana Prints harmless from any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from copyright or intellectual property violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Novana Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.
