All products at Novana Prints are custom-made to order.

Orders are processed and printed after full payment and final design approval.


Processing Time:


  • Standard orders: 2–5 business days
  • Bulk or large orders: Processing time will be communicated separately



Processing times may vary due to order volume, design complexity, or material availability.



2. Shipping Time & Carriers



Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.


  • Local (Canada): Estimated 2–7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by country and carrier



Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.



3. Shipping Fees



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.



4. Order Tracking



Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, when available.



5. Shipping Address



Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Novana Prints is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.



6. Delays & Carrier Issues



Novana Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Courier or carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)
  • Events beyond our control




7. Lost or Damaged Packages



  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Novana Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.




8. Local Pickup (If Applicable)



If local pickup is selected, customers will be notified when the order is ready.

Orders not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be subject to storage limitations.



9. Customs, Duties & Taxes



For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
