Return & Refund Policy

At Novana Prints, all of our products are custom-made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

Because all T-shirts and apparel are printed based on customer-approved designs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Design choice or spelling approved by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We will gladly offer a reprint or refund if:

  • The item has a printing defect
  • The wrong item, size, or design was produced by us
  • The product arrives damaged

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

3. Order Approval

Once the customer approves the final design/mockup and order details, the order is considered final and sent to production. Changes cannot be made after production begins.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom printed T-shirts, hoodies, caps, or apparel
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Sale or discounted items

 

6. Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled only before printing has started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
